When using the product Browser, some have reported missing titles in the type of tabs that say:  Package, Class, and Namespace, near the upper left in the browser, below the toolbar.  If you see this issue, change to the default skin in order to see the tab title.  This type of tab is also used in the workspace tabs (just below toolbar) We hope this helps.
