PRESENTATION: Agile and Lean – Maikal Vandorpe and Elke Matthijs
As a company, MediaGeniX has been growing ever since it was founded in 2002. In 10 years time, we expanded from a company of 5 people to a company of over one hundred people. We believe in being agile and delivering added value to the customer as soon as possible. To do this, we apply agile principles to our software development process. We started with practices from Extreme Programming. Later on, we experimented with SCRUM and Kanban. Nowadays, we are moving towards Lean. This talk will give you an insight at what worked for us and what didn’t and more importantly why it did.
