Focusing on the Customer—Introducing the New “Customer” Portal

As part of that effort, we’re happy to introduce a portal on the Cincom Smalltalk website that’s dedicated solely to supplying  customers with important data and helpful links to pertinent information that can prove to be very useful, including:

  • Contact information
  • Information on product upgrades, mentoring, troubleshooting, performance enhancements and migrations
  • Support information
  • Available education services
  • Links to customer surveys

In the future, we intend to expand this portal by adding more and more helpful information that makes our customers’ lives just a little bit easier!  Click here to check it out!
