Focusing on the Customer—Introducing the New “Customer” Portal
As part of that effort, we’re happy to introduce a portal on the Cincom Smalltalk website that’s dedicated solely to supplying customers with important data and helpful links to pertinent information that can prove to be very useful, including:
- Contact information
- Information on product upgrades, mentoring, troubleshooting, performance enhancements and migrations
- Support information
- Available education services
- Links to customer surveys
