STIC’12 to Showcase Popular ESUG 2011 Presentation
One of this year’s sessions at STIC’12 is a popular presentation that was originally given at ESUG 2011 by Niall Ross, Dirk Verleysen and Andreas Hiltner.
At STIC’12, Andreas will be joined by Mark Grinnell for a presentation that discusses the “The Glorp Object Relational Mapping Framework Using the Powerful Cincom® ObjectStudio® Development Environment.”
On one hand, software developers are lucky; there are so many different application development environments available from which to choose these days—many of which dramatically decrease the time it takes to get work done. However, software developers aren’t so lucky in the fact that they seldom have full control over all aspects of their database and object model. This presentation will discuss Glorp and how it’s designed for speed. The presentation will also demonstrate tools that can help those attendees who need to fit vital new features into existing applications that were originally developed by others.
