Georg Heeg Continues As STIC Executive Director

After a unanimous vote by the Smalltalk Industry Council board members, Georg Heeg will continue on as the Executive Director of STIC.  Georg recently commented on his nomination:

“Georg HeegI am happy and proud to represent STIC – Smalltalk Industry Council as Executive Director for the fifth year in a row. Smalltalk is such a great technology and the Smalltalk community is such a great community and the Smalltalk vendors are such great vendors, that it is a pleasure to work for STIC. Last Smalltalk Solutions in Las Vegas has shown again the great mood in the Smalltalk business, the ease of use combined with the great and clear concepts to give technology answers to current questions. Thus we are looking forward for the upcoming year and the next Smalltalk Industry Conference in 2012.”
